I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kiva (San Francisco, CA) in May 2015
Interview
First, I applied. Then was a phone call with recruiter. He was awesome and very friendly! He scheduled me for another call with a hiring manager for that next week. The next interview was a Skype interview with my hiring manager. It was very pleasant and easy. I got an official offer a few days later.
The first round was great, but the second round (with the team) was offputting. The manager and associate seemed like they had better things to do, rather than interview. The pay was 800/month.

Interview
the interview seemed uninterested in hiring me from the start, thought I did well enough to beat the impression, but apparently not. she was also very pushy in terms of how many hours I can work, almost feel like they're gonna disqualify me if the hours are too low (?) the process just gives off weird vibe, not very commutative and sketchy. they also send me a rejection email for a position i didn't even apply for lmao

Interview
Sent a resume and a cover letter. Then, a phone Interview. It was a fairly simple and typical process. The basic questions. No unusual questions. I did not receive a reject notification though.
