      I interviewed at Kiva in Dec 2019

      Interview

      First a basic phone screen with a recruiter who was really nice. Then scheduled a phone call with the hiring manager. The call was great and I received good feedback. I was told I'd have an on-site interview within the next two weeks. Four weeks later I received an automated email telling me I was no longer being considered. I followed up with the recruiter via email and was simply told they liked other candidates more. My phone interactions with them were good, but they failed to follow through on both the time frame and the verbal acknowledgment that I'd have another interview.
