Applied through law school's OCI program. Started with a 20 minute screener then a callback of three 30 minute interviews (2 partners and 1 associate). Received a rejection the day after my callback interview. 2 interviews went well and the interviewers were very friendly and personable. The last interviewer was not conversational and just asked questions about short-term internship experience from 8 years ago. He was not a nice person and not the type of person that anyone would want to work with. It was a red flag that the firm would allow him to conduct interviews.
