      Programmer Interview

      11 Oct 2013
      Anonymous employee
      Richmond, BC
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kirk Marketing (Richmond, BC)

      Interview

Your immediate manager will call you on phone ask for availability (as most of the time they hire for immediately requiring positions where a person left and work mounting up) in for a brief chat. You will get some forms to fill or get a questionaire to answer, sometimes you get a test paper and evaluated on that (basic sql, MS DAO, maths questions for programers), then you will meet up with some other programers and your manager at office for second and third interviews on the same day (or may be on a next day), finally you might be called for an interview with a senior manager and then your salaries and start date will be announced.
