Le processus de recrutement est long, il comprend une évaluation en ligne d'Arctic Shores, un entretien virtuel, un autre "online assessment" en ligne, et enfin une rencontre en personne. Cependant, le processus en lui-même n'est pas trop difficile, il y avait principalement des questions comportementales et de mise en situation.

The inteview took place online, it was a recorded one so I didnt speak to anyone from the staff. there were only 3 or so questions asked. The total time spend wasnt longer than 20 minutes
online cv via recruiter, 1st interview a video call to go through cv and 2nd interview in office doing a presentation. The presentation was then followed by further questions and was a bit more technical than the first
