Interview
Very basic 1 on 1 interview, basic standard questions. You'd expect more from such a regulated industry. Anyone would get the job if they could speak English and presented themselves well. If you sign then they win. You sign, you pay fees when you inevitably leave. Don't do it, for your own good.
