I applied online. I interviewed at Kinetics Midwest (Glendale, CA)
Interview
Brief. Got job fast. Did my orientation and my interview same day. Show up to interview and you get the job. Orientation just lasted about thirty minutes. Started the next week.
The interview itself was fine, but they were totally sketchy about even telling me what I was going to be doing, and what exactly the position entailed. It was basically selling scammy alternative energy options to people at places like Walmart, movie theaters, door-to-door, etc. They completely avoided telling me what I would be doing until the very end when I had to explicitly ask them to better describe the job and what exactly the company even does. It was sketchy.

Interview
The phone screen took maybe ten minutes. The in-person was also about ten minutes, but if Corey likes you, you'll be sent to wait in the reception area to meet the team. There's a sign on the wall that reads, "Happy is the new rich".
The "team" consisted of a single assistant manager who took me across the street for coffee, where he explained the structure and compensation plans. He described something that sounded like an MLM with extra steps. After coffee, he took me to Walmart to show me what the initial job was. It's hawking energy in Walmart.
