The position required year(s) of experience and only one item out of 15 on the job description (and the last one on the list, so you'd think the least important one) was secretarial. However in the interview they talked almost exclusively about secretarial duties this position would require, which perhaps justified the assistant-level pay from their perspective. Was told this was the first round of three to five interviews (done over Zoom, during COVID), which seemed excessive for a position at this low level (and low pay). After this initial interview they ghosted me - never heard from anyone at the company ever again.
