Typical interview process, nothing to bad. Just wasn't a good fit. I was pretty nervous but can honestly say the staff was well prepared. I thought I did pretty well but never got a call back.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Kinedyne (Prattville, AL) in Apr 2022
Interview
Two interviews (first with supply chain director and Human Resources director. Second was with General Manager/operations lead). ~1 hour each. No off the wall questions and seemed like good people.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Kinedyne (Prattville, AL) in Apr 2019
Interview
First interview with the hiring manager was very pleasant, very productive, and very encouraging. Received a phone call from HR asking if I'd be interested in a position that I didn't apply to. I said I was not interested and was asked if I'd come for a second interview.
Second interview was a ploy to get me to discuss the position I declined. This interview with the VP of Operations was the most adversarial interview I've ever had. It was exactly as I expected; a ploy to get me to accept a position I had no interest in.
Obviously this company does not allow its hiring manager to choose the people they feel fit their team.
After this discussion, if an offer was made, I would have to decline.

Question 1
Questions were largely about why I wouldn't accept the position for which I did not apply.
