Hour long process with child care related questions. The director wasn't present so two program specialists and teacher interviewed me. I left for a few hours then came back to do an observation. I stayed there for about a hour then after that they hired me!

Fairly easy and in person. Was asked about the ability to remain calm, how you would handle certain situations, and then immediately taken to a classroom to shadow following the interview. The teachers in that room monitored how I interacted with the kids and taught me about how the room was ran. Was then tested on the information I learned.
