Applied for the job and received a call for an interview 3 days later. Interview was at 10:30 - I get there and the CD is nowhere to be found. Had one of the teachers give me a "tour" by having me spend 30 mins in EACH classroom (to buy the CD some time for being late). Interview didn't actually start until 11:30. CD seemed unorganized and inattentive, however asked me to come back the next day for a second interview to meet with the district manager. Interview was for 2:00, but they called and asked for me to come in at 3:30... upon arriving at that time, my interview still did not begin until 5:00. Such a waste of time. Very unprofessional place and would not have accepted the job even if I was offered it. Was given a timeline of when they would call and begin training...never received that call. Literally a big waste of time.

Very easy going, relaxed, in depth questions, friendly, relaxed, comfortable, etc. She made me feel supported & understood & worthy of the position. It made me even more eager to work for this company.

I had four interviews over the span of four weeks. This included many emails and phone calls between. Only one of the interviews was in person, and that was with the person I would have been working directly with. The others were online. After the fourth interview, nothing. No response to calls or emails.

Interviewed with a recruiter. She was very sweet and easy to talk to. Asked about childcare experience and my qualifications. What my biggest challenge was when working with children. How I handled delicate situations when communicating with parents.
