easy one stop interview with CD and AD. they need a person right away and I had a strong recommendation letter from the previous employer plus an insider referral. the interview was more for formality than being a real one.

I got a call i answered some questions, on the phone, then i got an interview i was asked some questions then a few weeks later i was told i was hired. then i had to do several back ground checks.

How would you handle a situation where you got angry with a kid?
Casual, straight forward, one on one with director. She was friendly and very kind. Made you feel comfortable. Showed me around the center. I met with couple of the teachers. It was a good experience over all.
