I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Kinaxis
Interview
A circus in every sense of the word. 5 interviews with 4 different people and a 2-hour coding exam all over the course of two months. Furthermore, getting HR to reply to an email or provide an update is like pulling teeth. Tens of hours of my time taken and the end result?
An automated rejection email. Yes, the kind you receive from companies when you're not selected for an initial pre-screening call. No phone call, no feedback, not even an email from HR to acknowledge the human being on the other end. This recruitment process was one of the most insulting and dehumanizing I've experienced in my career.

Spoke to a hiring. manager who asked a bunch of C++ questions, never followed up after a good performance so take that as you will, but the questions were pretty fair

Bad, 3 different interviews which is fine. questions were alright. The problem was 2 interviewers didn't have their cameras on which made it impossible to get a feel for who they are (kind of important). In the third interview the person did not seem like they wanted to be there
