I applied online and later received an email. I responded and didn't hear back, having to check up multiple times before being able to set up an interview. Spoke over the phone in a manner which felt more like a pre interview screening. Interviewer sounded preoccupied and not entirely interest in my answers or expanding upon our discussion.
