The process was close to an hour for the initial phone interview. I was told by the recruiter I would receive an update by phone or email about the job. I was never called or emailed back by the recruiter. I sent the recruiter 2 follow up emails several days apart and it's been crickets since. I'm very disappointed that a big company like Kimley-Horn can't even return a phone call or email out of common courtesy letting me know whether they would move forward with my application.
