Phone interview - the recruiter was very friendly and let me know that they were going to recommend me to a hiring manager but unfortunately, they were only looking for students who are graduating within 1-2 years while I was about to enter a graduate program

Was taken out to lunch, talked about my experiences and what Kimley Horn had to offer. Followed up with an in-office interview to discuss what I was familiar with in the field of civil engineering and my wants, career-wise.
