Interview
Application, assessment, interview 2 same day, background check, drug screen and physical. It took about a week in between it is not a quick process but I think it will be worth it, everyone was super sweet and accommodating.

Question 1
They asked you situational questions to see how you responded in the past. As long as you can communicate you'll be fine. Prepare and if you're already interviewing you've probably seen this style of interview. If you're nervous just get on google to help you prepare.
