Over 6 months process. HR constantly changing and not professional (not responding for weeks to then follow up after a month). After a lengthy process and the last panel I was ghosted - no feedback or communication at all. Position is still open after over 6 months in the market.

5 interviews including internal recruiter, hiring manager, peers, and then senior leader. HR in final interview. Questions were repeated but interviewers were very helpful and offered information about the company. HR was helpful and provided information about the company, the salary package and benefits. Also about the career opportunities in the company.
