I met the recruiter (an engineer who went to my university) at the career fair. I had gone up to their table because I didn't know what they did, and she asked for my resume. Got a call later that day asking if I'd be available for an interview the next day. Got an offer a few days after that.

In person interview. I had a one on one coffee chat with a few people at KC before the interview and then got an interview a week later! The interview was with two people and they asked pretty basic questions and then got into some situational type questions.
