Killdeer Mountain Manufacturing interview questions

30 minutes. HR and 2 supervisors. Position was to QA wiring and cable assemblies which will be installed in Boeing aircraft for numerous electrical systems. Questions include things like "Tell me about a time when you had to adjust your plans." "Why should we hire you?" "How would you keep track of your tasks if you got interrupted?" Standard stuff. Killdeer's business model is to provide wiring and components at the lowest possible cost. The way this is achieved is the pay for the positions building the wire bundles and connections is extremley low. The QA position was 17.00/hr and should probable at least be double if you are certifying wire bundles as safe for flight. Did not accept the job, as a grocery bagger and cashier makes the same.

Typical Targeted selection interview. Strengths/ Weaknesses questions. Etc. Interview starts with a 5 question questionnaire, essay format. Panel was 3 people. HR, Ops Manager, and floor supervisor. Positions do not require previous aviation experience. No need for an A&P.
