Interview
Process started with a cognition test and personality survey. This part of the process took about half an hour. Received a response the next day to conduct an online interview through HireVue. This consisted of taking a video recording of myself answering five questions. The online interview is somewhat awkward, you are given 30 seconds to prepare your response to the question and then have three minutes to answer. You only get one attempt to answer the question which can make it stressful if you aren't prepared for the question.

The interview process started with a one or two phone calls with someone from HR then a short 30 minute to 1 hour interview with a manager. The interview was easy with no technical questions

Interview
The interview was very easy and laid back. I wasn't asked any S.T.A.R. questions. I think I actually asked them more questions than they asked me (lol). I wasn't completely made aware of what this job title entailed though, so some of my current responsibilities and the working hours came as a shock.
