I applied through university. I interviewed at Kiewit Corporation
Interview
I interviewed for an equipment management intern position the day after a career fair. Questions were very standard, describe a situation or strength and weakness questions. The interviewers were clearly a little tired, as they had likely done at least 15 interviews that day. I would've liked to talk more about technical information or resume details, it's tough for candidates to stand out when questions are pretty vanilla.

Question 1
Describe a time you had a differing opinion from someone and how you handled it.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Kiewit Corporation (Omaha, NE)
Interview
It was pretty simple for me. I had a reference from someone who currently worked at Kiewit. I had a foot in the door because of this. I can't really speak on how difficult it would be if I didn't know someone who worked there.

Question 1
What are you looking to get out of this internship?
The person who attended the interview was late to the interview, I did not interview with who I was told I'd be interviewing with, and was ghosted after the interview, did not even receive a rejection email.
I applied online. I interviewed at Kiewit Corporation (Omaha, NE)
Interview
One on one interview with recruiter for about 20 minutes. I was asked weird questions about work place safety even though was applying for a finance role. Was scheduled for a second round but never got back to me.
