I lived over seas. But they called me a month after submiting my resume and cover letter. I had two interviews. One interview with a mid level engineer and the second with a senior project manager. It was easy, and got an offer the next day!

Talked to a recruiter first then talked to a senior manager in my position. You could talk job language with and could definitely relate to each other on day to day job experience

Interview
Nice and easy two rounds. Not too much focus on technical. Mainly to see your personality. No need to be to worry about it. Smooth and efficient. Got 1 hr interview + 2 rounds and offer within 3 weeks of applying.
Overall an easy process. Had a phone screening and then went to an interview onsite followed by tour of yard. Talked to three different interviewers. The company hosted me with a paid for car and hotel.
