Got the interview through talking to an HR representitive at a Career Fair. 3 people interviewed me and the first question that was asked was tell me about yourself. Then they wanted to know about my past internship experiences with other companies. Everyone asked a question and they were big on extracurricular activities in college.

Simple, Interviewed at a college career fair. Not many technical questions but more situational. Met with two Kiewit employees in the same field as the job that was being hired for. They provided great insight for not only them to make a good candidate selection but it gave the candidate a good understanding for them to know if it is the right company.
