About an hour long interview. Standard questions about experience, personality, how you would deal with certain situations etc. Not too many behavioral questions. Overall it was not a difficult interview.

How would you deal with tough situations from field operations staff?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Kiewit Corporation (Denver, CO)
Interview
Flew out to Denver and interviewed with 4 different district controllers. All were great and very knowledgeable. Spent all day in the Denver headquarters where we toured the facility and had lunch.
Interview was through the phone and very easy. A total of 3 interviews before they hire. First is the recruiter. Next is the manger. And finally it’s the senior manger.
The interview process was very simple. First I applied for the job, then about a week later a got a notification saying that they wanted to do a 15 minute phone interview
