Asked situational questions to judge character. It was a very relaxed one-on-one interview. The interviewer had no intention to make me nervous and he was more than helpful if I had any questions.

Typical interview questions, get to know my experience and relation to job, tell me about yourself. Very quick to respond after I submitted application. Took them one day to review my application and reach out.
They have an interview before they invite you for a "Career day" where they introduce you to several people in different markets/job titles. There they also do 1-1 interviews. They are very adamite about "going where the work goes" so, if you dont want to travel dont even try. After career day, you get your offer if you are willing to travel.

Zoom interview with a field engineer at a different location. Basic questions about background and why you want to focus on this career. Very nice interviewer and asked good questions.
