I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kiewit Corporation (Toronto, ON) in Oct 2016
Interview
Was recruited at an on campus job fair, got a call that night for a meet and greet session with HR reps in the morning. The next day, I got called for a second interview in Toronto (I go to Queen's in Kingston, ON), this time with an engineer.
The process was okay for the most part, but I was interviewed by an engineer who was quite junior to the two people who were supposed to interview me, and when I asked for interview feedback they refused to give me any. There was also no offer for compensation for my travel expenses.

Question 1
A TON of "tell me about a time when you had to..." questions.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Kiewit Corporation (Omaha, NE)
Interview
It was pretty simple for me. I had a reference from someone who currently worked at Kiewit. I had a foot in the door because of this. I can't really speak on how difficult it would be if I didn't know someone who worked there.

Question 1
What are you looking to get out of this internship?
The person who attended the interview was late to the interview, I did not interview with who I was told I'd be interviewing with, and was ghosted after the interview, did not even receive a rejection email.
I applied online. I interviewed at Kiewit Corporation (Omaha, NE)
Interview
One on one interview with recruiter for about 20 minutes. I was asked weird questions about work place safety even though was applying for a finance role. Was scheduled for a second round but never got back to me.
