Telephonic conversation followed up by one on one interview.The topic will be given to you through mail and you have to present a demo on that particular topic in that one on one interview.Then general questions will be asked by the interviewer.Then you must go through a training after selection and then you will be given the job of a teacher

Interview
The interview consists of 2 rounds, personal round and then a written test. In personal round they will simply ask about you and questions related to children behavior. In written test they will give a topic to write upon. They might ask to demonstrate your teaching skills as well.
