I had a screening interview done with a recruiter. He was extremely rude and unprofessional, and it completely messed me up going forward with the questions. I didn’t move forward, and I am fairly disappointed as KHP is a great org. Overall, now I am unsure Id apply again due to this experience.
I had an HR interview that went well, but I declined to move forward because I was given only 2 interview time slots (inflexibility is a red flag). Also, the salary was 42-45k for an 18 month length contract. Not good.
There was a multi-step application process. After submitting the application, there was first an interview with a HR representative separate from the actual team. Then an interview with the future supervisor and team members. Then an interview with the department manager (the manager of the supervisor)
