Interview
The hiring process was really easy, as long as you have an interest in working with children and want to pursue a career in education. The interview was short and very straight to the point. Very easy to get hired once you have a friendly and social personality.
Easy, straightforward, they asked a couple of questions around childcare and experience. It was one interview and they offered me the role the next day - took about a week from application to offer.
Easy interview, quick process and turnaround time. They’ll ask you pretty simple questions and how you would handle certain situations. They’ll ask you when you can start and what your schedule looks like
Apply to the job and get First telephone interview with HR. If it goes well, schedule second telephone technical interview and if successful receive offer letter in less than a week.
