In person interview. Went to the location directly and it was behavioral. The process went smoothly and everybody was so welcoming and made me comfortable. It was half hour process.
I was called in for an interview after submitting my resume. I met with the director and owner for discussion and then was asked to go into a few classrooms for a working interview.

The interview was a great experience as the director and owner made me feel welcomed. They made me feel great not feel under pressure. I enjoyed this interview due to my opening up about my skills and why I want to work for the company.
