I have a first round virtual interview then a second interview, which was on-site. They gave me a tour of the shop floor and it was a very informal interview.

Interview
It was surprisingly easy going and relaxed, with basic questions asked and very little pressure put on you to answer in any particular way. Granted, I did only speak to HR and the Hiring manager, and the interviews were strictly non-technical.
