I never formally interviewed with the Learning Center. I found the position through a Chinese recruiter (as is common for foreign language teaching positions), and they forwarded my resume, picture, and a 5 minute teaching demo I filmed to the Learning Center. They then agree to hire me and we scheduled a Skype call just to talk about logistics.
