It was a nice interview. 2 people from department and 1 human resources. It took more than 2 hours. They also made computer test especially covers excel. There are many international employees.

Easy and simple. Talked to a recruiter then manager and got hired pretty fast. Cant complain overall. It is all commission pay plan otherwise the min wage if commission does not exceed min wage

It's a vibe check more than anything. They're paying attention to how you talk and the body language you give. Communication, ability to build rapport, etc. Started off with a "tell me about yourself" question then to "do you have any questions about this job". From there we just chatted.
