Bait and Switch is the only way to describe this. I told them exactly what I wanted as they asked and they continued the interview process and came up 40% short

3 initial interviews with the practice lead then a panel interview with 8-9 team members asking question back to back trying to trip you up and last interview with HR. Interview with the team seemed BIAS no diversity on the team and one team member was asking question as if he was mad you was going after his position . he would ask you a question and if you answered it right he would try to drill deeper on that subject as if you he was disappointed you answered it right . I think I was over qualified for this position .
