Interview
The interviewers tended toward adversarial vs. conversational. Not a lot of time to interview them. Seemed to be in a rush when I started asking questions. Very focused on Metrics and scheduling- not a lot of soft skill discussion which is an important part of the recruiting game. Met with 3 people and they didn't seem very skilled in interviewing.

Interview
I interviewed three times with Kforce, once with a Recruiting Coordinator, an Internal Recruiter and two Managers. They were all pretty casual conversations, just talked about my experience and the role itself.
They don't want anyone without closing experience, interview process was good but lots of unnecessary calls, you meet with people who actually work there, seems like ok company but i'm not fully sure
The interview process wasn't terrible. I was a recent grad and showed alot of tenacity which I believe helped me get the job. I was interviewed by multiple team members. Be sure to follow up with the manager with a thank you note
