Kforce Digital Graphic Designer interview questions

Microsoft was their client. They asked average questions but the design test was beyond the job description. Very unrealistic expectations 3 entire different design tests, all with a 24 hr turn around time. Claimed you didnt need to know motion graphics, but 2/3 of the tests were animation tests.
