It was a while ago (COVID era) but if I remember well, the HR manager first called me about my experience, motivations and explained about the rest of the process, which included a visit of the studio followed by a localization test. The visit couldn't be done as there was a lockdown at the time, but the next step included the Localization test to do done from home, with a time limit.
