Keyway (NY) interview questions

Recruiter screen with Charlie Bentivenga then generic rejection. Product sounds okay, hardly any employees. Total compensation is low and executive team is green. The VP role is an IC role so that should tell you everything. Role has been open for a few months, felt like they don’t know what they need but will know when they see it.

Had an initial interview call, pretty standard questions about my past work experience and how my past in brokerage could apply. Was about a 15 minute intro call, didn't hear back.
