Keystone Commercial Real Estate interview questions

Interviewed with 2 members of the team. It was very fast and they didn't ask a lot of questions. It didn't seem like they looked over my resume at all before we met, and didn't think I was qualified once I was there.

One-part interview assessing ability to perform under pressure, connect with residents. Also discussed sales experience. It was set in the conference room at the corporate headquarters, a very laid-back environment. The person conducting the interview was very friendly and outgoing. I was offered the position about a week later. The HR department was also very helpful during the hiring process.
