Interview
Interview was 4 stages. The recruiter, the hiring manager, members of the team and finally EVP of the area. Everyone I met was extremely friendly. There is a great emphasis on the culture and team wellbeing. The company is going through a massive growth in operation and as such decisions are being made with agility if they sound and look good. The interviews are informal and focus more or background and future vision and capabilities of the candidate and you get out feeling that you had a productive and insightful discussion and exchange of ideas rather than cliche questions.
