I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Keyence (London, England) in Jul 2013
Interview
Skype interview for 15 minutes. Informal chat to see if you're the right sort of character for a job in Sales Engineering. Most candidates come from Engineering/Science background so they know you're technical enough, it's just working out if you can interact well.
Then meeting with 3 boss' in head office. Again similar to first stage.

Interview
My interview process consisted of two rounds. Was flown out to Chicago to role play one of their products. Thirty minutes of behavioral was pretty typical. The thirty minutes of technical role play was on the more difficult side - thought it went well but wasn't given an offer.

Interview
1st round. 5 minutes. Interviewed by one manager, face-to-face. Most questions are quite typical, such as your experience, your reasoning for the application, your general understanding of the role, and your strengths and weaknesses. There's one question, though, where you have to think on your feet, which can be tricky.
