I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Keyence in May 2014
Interview
After an initial online assessment of your personality and basic physics, assuming you did well enough to garner their attention, Keyence will contact you and give you the opportunity to do a webcam interview where you answer prerecorded questions. They're all pretty straightforward: Why you think you're a good fit, when you've had to overcome an obstacle, what are your strong points, etc etc. Simple enough, and if they like your responses they'll invite you to their hiring event in Chicago.
