I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Keyence (Los Angeles, CA) in Feb 2020
Interview
The interview was conducted through HireView. There were 5 questions, and for each question I was given 30 seconds to prepare my answer before it started recording. 3 minutes to answer each question was plenty of time. I would recommend preparing for the interview beforehand by coming up with your responses to typical hypothetical interview questions (strengths, weaknesses, greatest disapointment, greatest accomplishment, why B2B sales, etc.)

Question 1
Think of a technical product, and tell me why I should buy it.
Brief phone call, then a zoom interview with hiring manager, then an in person interview with included sales pitch role-play. They give plenty of info about the role-play in advance.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Keyence in Feb 2026
Interview
There were three interviews, initial Talent Acquisition, phone screen (to confirm location preferences and answer questions), then final sales role-play/behavioral interview. There was also a prep session before the final interview where they talk more about the company and you have time to ask questions on the role-play.
Actually it was around 4-5 rounds , they generally assess your communication and creativity. So , we can expect less technical questions . Gd round was quite easy and topics will be very simple
