I sent my online application through Linkedin and I was asked to do an online assessment - quite simple which required just some calculations about averages and weigthed averages. Once passed, about a week later, I was called for an interview at Turin office 4 days later. It was a "group" interview, in the sense that we were 3 people with a Japanese manager who asked to us the same questions in turn. Now I am waiting for results (expected in 4-5 work days). If my feedback is positive, I will be called for an interview and if it is successful, too, a further interview will take place. So it is a 4 steps process, including the online assessment. I guess it requires about a month or slightly more.

5 colloqui, il primo di gruppo, abbastanza alienante. Domande abbastanza standard: come ti descrivi, come ti descriverebbero i tuoi amici, cosa cerchi dalla keyence, perchè sei la persona giusta. Un consiglio: devi essere uno squalo per questo lavoro.
