I applied online. I interviewed at Keyence (Rancho Cucamonga, CA) in Aug 2017
Interview
I ended up applying to keyence through a recruiter. I completed a phone interview with the recruiter, and then he sent me a link to apply to Keyence.
They accepted me for the interview process not even a day later, and asked that I take a picture-based multiple choice test as part 1 of the interview. That part was incredibly easy.
The second part was... awkward, to say the least. They wanted me to do a pre-recorded interview, in which you basically record yourself talking to a wall. It was super awkward, super impersonal, and I hated every second of it. I didn't get past that part, but I knew that the moment I finished.
Brief phone call, then a zoom interview with hiring manager, then an in person interview with included sales pitch role-play. They give plenty of info about the role-play in advance.

Interview
There were three interviews, initial Talent Acquisition, phone screen (to confirm location preferences and answer questions), then final sales role-play/behavioral interview. There was also a prep session before the final interview where they talk more about the company and you have time to ask questions on the role-play.
Actually it was around 4-5 rounds , they generally assess your communication and creativity. So , we can expect less technical questions . Gd round was quite easy and topics will be very simple
