It began through my university's career fair where I was offered a second interview on the spot. I then had an interview the next day and had to take a problem solving exam.

Interview
Spoke with recruiter at a career fair. Sat down with him the next day after taking a basic skills test in simple physics questions. Interview was fairly basic.
Was asked to role play a scenario selling cell phones.
Was asked name 3 important aspects of sales.
What I liked about sales the most? What motivates me?
