I applied online and they later emailed me to set up a screening interview over the phone, which lasted about 15-20 minutes just to get to know me and ask basic questions. After the screening, they reached out to set up an in-person interview that lasted just under an hour.

First there was a quick 20 minute phone interview. Next there was a big interview day with area managers and vice presidents where they had all of the applicants come on the same day. This time it Involved 3 separate 30 minute interviews asking basic questions. One was about a sales scenario and the other two were situational interviews.

Three 30 minutes interviews, one of which being a sales-roleplay, all within the span of an hour and a half. Each interview was with two people than changed each time, six in total. All of the interviewers were kind and gave good feedback.

Full day interview with multiple high level regional managers. Rotated between 3 interviews and a sales pitch at the end of them. The best advice I can give is to be prepared and know why they are different from other banks.
