Had three 45 minute interviews with different departments of key. Seemed like they already made up their minds before I walked in the door. They also interviewed candidates as a pool of people, rotating us between interviewers.

After filling out the application I was asked to submit a resume. During the interview I was questioned about each of the entries on my resume. I was also asked about the volunteer work that I do in my community.
