15 minute phone interview with recruiter. Received a phone call a few days later to interview at a local branch. Interview was 30 minutes. Mostly behavioral and situational questions. I was offered a position 3 weeks later.

Shortly after applying I was contacted via email to set up a telephone interview. The interview on the phone lasted about 30 minutes and she recommended my moving to the face to face interview at the home branch. This interview was short and I recieved an email with the verdict about a week later.

Very intensive. 1. Virtual tryout takes 1 hour 2. Phone interview brief questions 3. In person more in depth 4. Interview with head of branch managers (hardest questions) very difficult to come into as a new bank teller focused on canidates with experience in the field not very open to train new people
